Applications are hereby invited from reputed suppliers who wish to register themselves for providing Goods & Services to the Postgraduate Institute of Pali and Buddhist Studies for the year 2025.
Applicants may apply for one or more categories of supplies by paying a Non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- by crediting to the Account No. 078-100172268401, People’s Bank, Borella,
Postgraduate Institute of Pali and Buddhist Studies. Please kindly note that money orders or cheques will not be accepted.
Application form & further information could be obtained from the Institute website pgipbs.kln.ac.lk or from the Shroff counter, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on week days. The completed application together with the copy of the Bank Slip, a copy of the Certificate of Business Registration and a copy of the certificate of VAT registration should be sent under registered cover to reach on or before 24th December, 2024 to the Senior Assistant Bursar, and the words “Registration of Suppliers for 2025” should be marked on the top left corner of the envelope.
Although quotations will usually be called from registered suppliers, the Institute reserves the right to call for quotations and to purchase from other suppliers as well.
